WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
The Ryan Timothy Collection ships using USPS; all orders come with a tracking number, so you are able to track your order. To ensure that are packages are delivered within the correct time frame, please make sure all addresses are correct upon checkout.
Your order will be processed and shipped between 3 - 5 business days. Once tracking numbers are sent out, The Ryan Timothy Collection is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. If you have any problems with delivery, please file a claim with USPS.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit goes towards your service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing The Ryan Timothy Salon. Here you will find our policy and procedures in expectation to provide you with the best service.
All clients are required to submit a $25 deposit though the online booking site.
Although, deposits are non-refundable, they are transferable in the event that there is an emergency and you are unable to make it to your appointment. Deposits will always go toward your service total.
You must confirm or cancel your appointment at least 72 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment on time. If you are running late, contact your stylist at your earliest convenience.
As a valued client, we respect your time and strive to create an unmatched salon experience. There is a 15 minute GRACE PERIOD in the event that you are running late. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment and fail to notify your service provider, you will be considered a “NO SHOW”; you will be charged 50% of the service total and will no longer be able to be serviced at The Ryan Timothy Salon. If you cancel after the 72 cancellation window, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Online booking is unavailable 24 hours in advance, if you are trying to book a last minute appointment. If you don’t see an available appointment time then contact the salon at 843.900.7924 to see if anything is available.
Scheduling is available every 90 days and appointments can be occupied within that time frame.
We take your haircare journey very seriously; therefore, in order to guarantee that we can provide you with the best results, we log each appointment and hold you accountable as a valued client. If we have not seen you within a year of your last appointment, you will be considered “inactive” and a “new client”. Your file will be deleted from our records and you will be subject to new client services.
PRICING
All pricing is subject to change at the time of your consultation. If applicable, there are additional fees for additional product utilized to complete any color, texture or treatment services.
